We are developing relationships with universities.
We have an agreement with the MA in Environmental Education and Communication, the MA in Interdisciplinary Studies and the Graduate Diploma in Environmental Education and Communication at Royal Roads University. If you are interested in having the Park System Leadership course contribute to your credits in this program through a course challenge process, contact me (Alice MacGillivray, Course Director) for more detail.
The Park System Leadership course uses problem-based learning which helps host organizations address important, current challenges. This gives participants an opportunity to lead, as well as learning about leadership.
This work is always a highlight for participants.
The 2016 challenge will focus on: “doing better by working with others.”
