The individuals below form the core learning facilitation team for the Park System Leadership course. Most will be on site during a given year; others may join the team because they bring specialized expertise related to the problem-based learning challenge. Watch this area for 2015 updates.



Sometimes I am referred to as an academic or scholar.  But I always try to have one foot in the world of practice and the other in the world of scholarship.  I graduated from secondary school at 16, but it was many years before I went back to formal education and I did so to be a better practitioner.   My background is eclectic, but there are themes that flow through almost everything: .an appreciation of the natural world .as many questions as answers about leadership .a passion for understanding how groups acquire, develop, share and use knowledge .a fascination for how we can work well in a complex and rapidly changing world.
